Member Appreciation BBQ & Oktoberfest

2 p.m. – Come early and help set up.
3 p.m. – Official Opening
4 p.m. – Entertainment TBA
4:30 p.m. – Dinner is served
6 p.m. – Wrapup

This year, in lieu of a pig roast, we will be offering a barbecue and celebrating Oktoberfest. It will also be Member-Appreciation Day! All LCSWPA members who have paid their 2026 dues will be admitted free! If you haven’t paid your dues yet, you can come and pay your 2026 dues and still gain free admission. This event is open to anyone wishing to attend. Non-members and guests will be charged $10/person. Children 12 and under are free.

Lithuanian food, burgers, hot dogs, BBQ pork, corn, water, iced tea, and lemonade will be provided. BYOB! You are encouraged to bring a side dish or dessert. Reservations are requested by September 30th . The event will be held rain or shine.

Lithuanian items will be available for sale/Silent auction/cornhole/volleyball
