2006 Reunion Highlights

In May of 2006, Neris celebrated its 40th anniversary.  A grand performance took place at the Pittsburgh Folk Festival in addition to a special reunion celebration following the performance on Saturday evening May 27th.  See some of the photos from the reunion below. The Neris Dancers thank the members of Saule (from Lithuania) for providing music for both the performance and reunion party and the Lithuanian Citizens Society for sponsoring Saule's trip to Pittsburgh.

	Neris veteran, Dalia Yucius, received an award from The Pittsburgh Folk Festival on the occasion of its 50th anniversary. The award recognized her contributions towards helping to organize the Festival.
